Liquid Emulsion

Under the safelight of the darkroom, I hand apply light sensitive silver gelatin emulsion onto Arches cotton watercolor paper. The bushed edges redefine the photographic frame and the tooth of the cold-pressed paper creates sublte texture beneath the printed image. Each unique print is bleached and toned in Sepia.
